The Futura Wall Light by Vistosi is an industrial looking luminaire that is design by Hangar Design Group with a special glassmaking technique that alters the opacity from top to bottom. Appearing as two separate chambers of glass, the pendant is actually formed from a single piece of hand-blown Murano glass. A thick band of brushed metal separates the top from bottom, improving the elusive appearance of the glass. The light source is obscured by the bottom half, sending an even diffusion of light around and below the cylindrical shade.
