Product Returns/ExchangesCasa Di Luce wants you to be a 100% satisfied with your order. If for some reasons you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the product for the store credit or exchange only within 15 days upon receiving your order. Special orders (products we don’t have at this moment in stock) are not returnable. If you are unsure if an item can be returned, please email firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order. No cancellation or returns will be accepted on any furniture items, special orders and items purchased from our sale/clearance section. Products that are to be returned should NOT have been used and be in its original packing, receipt included and insured for the full amount. At our discretion, any item returned that is not in its original packaging and in brand new condition may be subject to additional charges up to 50% of the value of the item. For your protection, returned packages must be insured for the value of your merchandise. Pack items carefully. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of the merchandise and for all shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Prices and DiscountsDiscounts cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Our "best pricing" policy affords you the greater discount available. We are happy to work with interior designers and decorators, and we can offer special discounts.
